Cindy was awesome, she educated me on a ton of great financial advice and has the best interest of every customer she works with. She makes me feel comfortable and gave me a very pleasurable experience. Cindy is extremely qualified and knowledgeable in the financial space. On another occasion I stopped into the bank right near closing hours (probably a few minutes after) and Lisa greeted me with a warm smile and hello, in no rush at all to get out of there, talk about good business!!! That’s it right there. 10/10!!

Went to stop at the Drive Through at 526 pm. When I pulled into the lot the window was open by the time I pulled up to the window I could see them packing up to leave and they closed the window. They need to update their hours so people don't waste their time. This has happened twice now. I guess fool me twice right.

I have banked with PNC for about 18 years. I have really never had issues. If so, very minor ones. This particular location is spot on as far as the greeter and the tellers. My issue, however is with the branch manager. She was rude, short and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I followed their process and did what was asked of me. Then for some reason there was confusion about what i was there to do. I guess because she didn't read what I wrote and she had to click on one button versus another. That's where her attitude started. I do not appreciate the way I was treated by a manager of this establishment. I have never been talked to by a bank employee, by any bank, ever This is enough for me to simply close my account. And go elsewhere. If you don't like your job, and or dealing with people. Quit!

When I come into your office it is nice that you greet me and I welcome your greeting. But please do not ask me what u can help me with for the day. I do not enjoy customers standing in line hearing what type of business transaction I am doing with your institution for that particular day. Leave that for the teller to do. Its nobodys business but mine. As I stood in line I knew what type of business the 3 people behind me where going to be doing because ur greeter asked "what can we do for you today?"and I heard their replys. Two were making a deposit and one was making some sort of payment. Not cool. I did not need to hear their banking business as to what they were going to be doing at the bank. PLEASE STOP !!! . I will say hello to your greeter and thats all. Not gonna answer your greeter anymore when asked what they can do for me today. I'll choose to have deaf ears. I sure hope this doesnt continue. Its uncomfortable. Just being up front and telling you how I feel. Maybe our answer to give to the greeter should be " Im here to do banking business just like all customers who come thru the door." Thats what u do at a bank.
