Just had three "associates" watch me have to ring up my own stuff because only self checkout was open. There's more "cashiers" now than ever. Do better Lowes, it's insulting. I work all day and I don't work for you. If you're going to force people to ring up their own cart, give them 10% off. Done with you. 0 stars. I'll support someone who appreciates my business and I hope everyone else does too.

Would not price match a item that was the same as another store , I asked for the manager and they looked at the item from another store that was the same item and they told me that there not even gonna argue and told Me to leave the store with out even telling me why they wouldn't even match the price. I would not recommend this store , I'd drive 25 miles out of my way before ever going back to this store

(Belle Vernon Lowes) Spent 45 minutes to return a 15 amp Square D GFCI, because apparently that is a special order item so doesn't show up in their system, Even though it is clearly on my order. (Not the associates fault, they were nice) Then go to electrical ask for someone to get wire out of the cabinet for me, Do some shopping 15 minutes later still no one, So I go ask again and grab a few more things from the same isle. Still no help after another 15 minutes of waiting. Had to just drop everything I had and leave to go to Home Depot Tomorrow.
