Me and my mom were recommended this place from a local repair shop. Heard Dan was really professional and reliable so we went there instead of any other place and we regret it. Dan is incredibly unprofessional and did not help us at all. He lied about not being able to call our warranty company and could not give us any updates without us having to call him. Even when we did call him, it was like trying to pull teeth to get him to say anything. My car was there for 3 days and it was the biggest waste of time ever. We respect his busy schedule, but not being able to even give us a simple update about the process is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing from all of the positive reviews on here. He even told my mom she had the wrong father just because she didn’t know how to do transmission work herself. I would never recommend Junction Transmission to anyone looking for professionalism or good business.

Dan rebuilt my 47re in my 99 Cummins a few months ago with some upgrades and it’s been great. Small shop that’s been around a good while with knowledge you can’t put a price on - hard to come by these days.

You haven't driven your car or truck to its potential until Dan has torn it down and rebuilt it. He has done several from an 82 vetted, 72 torino gran sport, 02 explorer with a built v8 in front of it, my brothers turbo diesel and a few others for my family. No bs gets the job done and stands behind his work. He is the only person that touches my transmissions! Great shop.

My Mazda 6 had broken down up the road from their shop, by the way my car sounded and was responding I thought for sure my transmission went. I called Dan from Junction Transmission up and he had my car towed and inspected what was wrong. My inner and outer axle had broken off, Dan had no problem diagnosing my cars problem and fixing it as soon as the parts came in at a Very Reasonable Price compared to other shops that had my car worked on. Definitely recommend, very professional shop that have the knowledge to fix your car right the first time.Services: Steering/Suspension

Very friendly and easy to work with. They do excellent work and accept aftermarket warranties. If my car has a trany problem I will only take it to Dan.

They're an extremely busy shop and I respected that. The only effort they cared to put forth in the month they had my vehicle was to make one phone call to the warranty company indicating a there was a fault code with the transmission. I feel this was unprofessional and an unethical business practice.
