Wouldn't sell me a cheaper car because it "needed too much work", but had no problem charging me twice as much for a car that won't pass inspection 3months later due to frame rust. What a complete rip off.

Wasn’t able to find the car I wanted, but the guy was very honest. If you want to buy a project car, you should come here. If you want something that will run perfectly from the get-go, look somewhere else.

This is a horrible auto sales place the people are liars and have very poor sale and management skills would never recommend buying anything from here or even wasting your time looking!

Just bought a car 2 days ago from this dealership! Guys are very polite and helpful. We were calling and asking so many questions and Oleg always was available and happy to help. We were looking for a car for my mom in law, they recommended a great car for our budget, even we got a discount. I would recommend this place!

A not so typical lot... an extremely Honest and Helpful Owner, good prices, lots of cars, prices are good and reasonable. After we pick up ours, I have a feeling we will be steady customers! Keep in mind, it's a Used car lot... but Honesty is what counts... and this place is a good, no pressure lot.Even had some Classics, diamond in the rough vehicles.

We bought this car from them over 3 years ago and its still going strong! Its not much but its what we needed at the time. Overall the buying experience was fine. We did haggle some and I paid book price but it had low miles and they threw in a new key fob since it was missing. No complaints here, feel free to ask questions.

Found an ad for a car that we were intered in online and went to got look at the car. These guys seemed nice and honest. However that's not the case. Add online said the car was newly inspected, turns out that was a lie and it was only inspected til 5/20. That should have been my red flag. But bought the 2001 PT cruiser in full, in cash and within 20 minutes of driving it off the lot the car was overheating to the point we had to pull over and let the car cool. Thought it was a thermostat issue and changed the thermostat and literally the next day the car would not start. Have been trying to get a hold of these people but all of the voicemail boxes are full. Seriously don't waste your time with this place. I'm going to keep trying to get a hold of them but I don't see it happening.

Ok. Don't waste your time with this place unless you need a junk car. Everything had major rust, flat tires, body damage! Huge waste of time!

When one goes looking for a low priced used car, one likely will find a dealer like Gasparr. Recently I went looking for a used low price auto that I wanted for just sports like fishing and bicycling. I came across Gasparr and decide to check it out despite poor reviews, I met the manager and he showed me a few. The one car I knew about from an ad was not to my liking and I asked him what else he might have. The manager was knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure. He never tried to tell me the cars were gone over by mechanics and cleaned up like at the uptown dealers. This is to be expected at such places. I suspect the bad reviews came from people who did not fully understand the place in the market such small low price dealers occupy. So he showed me a great car, blemish free, new tires and (relatively) low mileage. He said that to cover his concern that since it was 10 years old something might break he would pay for a warranty policy to cover major iitems for 3 months. Seemed more than fair. I paid cash so I do not know about financing. But a few days later the quality of Gasparr was put to the test. I began to have problems with the transmission. I called to explain and without a moment's hesitation the manager said to bring it back - he'll fix it. I drove the car back and within a few days he fixed it no extra charge! Another test came a few days later when the transmission gave me a second problem. Called again and once again without hesitation - and in a matter of hours - HE SENT A TOW TRUCK TO BRING THE CAR BACK FOR THE TRANSMISSION ADJUSTMENT. This time the car was fixed in one day. Look, it is an older car, full of old car surprises. Gasparr could have stuck me with it, He did not. He made it right without a hassle of any kind! He far exceeded any expectation I had about how a small low priced car dealer would behave. Could not be happier with my new old car.
