We went in and they had used game boxes on the shelf. My son chose one. Took it to the front. Employee said he "couldn't find it " I asked if he wanted to keep the box so others wouldn't do the same. Nope, back on the shelf it went. My older son picked a controller. There were about 4 cards for it on the wall. Took it to the register, it was scanned. Said "oh, it says we have zero of these in stock." So why four cards on the wall, like they're readily available? I understand that it's the day after Christmas and people are clearing it out, but it's just wrong to present that you have inventory that doesn't exist. It just leads to very frustrated customers.

Super helpful employees, especially the very friendly gentleman named Xavier, I know gamestop gets a bad rap, but this is one of the better locations!!

My old GameStop there was a guy who got on his knees and praised me for coming in. Here they just look at you and and put that fake smile on and say hi.

This place is never open never answers the phone and really doesn’t help no one you can go right to Walmart and avoid all those problems

Another release and another swift in and out for my family! Always great getting games here! 3x Diamond 1x Pearl and my 3 kids are very happy. The older 2 already driving back to play.

The employee was sooo nice, kind and patient... She found a way for me to purchase a certain item that was out of stock on the shelves (a steam card) by printing one out for me!!! I had one happy child!!! Highly recommend!!!

The website says that they test the console for you but when you go in and ask if they can test it they say they can't test it because they don't sell it anymore
