I used to get my ears cleaned out here about once a year and it was $60. My wife just took my son and first they tried charging her $300 then she went to leave and they took it down to $140 which is still absolutely ridiculous. Didn't even use the ear cleaning machine just a squirt bottle and a cup

Recently was advised by the pharmacist that a medication that had been increased by one doctor could actually decrease the effectiveness of another vital medication that I take. She was spot on and I truly appreciate her professionalism and patient care. It alleviated some real concerns that I had.

Pharmacy staff is apparently unable to read. Fills a prescription one month then claims the next it is unverified and needs confirmation from the doctor. BUT ONLY AFTER I contact them weeks after it was suppose to be filled. The absolute worst.

Came in to be seen at minute clinic just to be told they don't take walk in even though the website and the ads on the building state JUST WALK IN. The girl at the pharmacy was downright rude to me, very condescending, and shouldn't be working in a customer service roll at all. I will be calling corporate on Monday and filling out a formal complaint against her. Highly do NOT recommend!

Everyone behind the pharmacy counter is downright nasty and thinks they are better than everyone. I was a patient of theirs for about 4 years. About 6 months ago they decided I couldn't be seen by them. I think it's funny that a pharmacy can make its own rules and go against insurance and doctors' orders. MAYBE one of them has enough education to back what they say. The rest try to act like they did 12+ years of schooling and know more than actual doctors when they are just Valley trash. I spent around 300 a month there and now I won't spend a cent. My family used to use CVS for everything and now we won't step foot at ANY of their locations. They are all very rude and condescending individuals. Do better. Be better.

You could time the drive thru with a sundial, it takes forever to get through. Prescriptions that take Giant eagle 20 minutes to get ready take days at CVS.Rude staff.

I love shopping in this store. The employees will leave you alone with unless you ask for assistance, and let you do what you need to do. They have most items in stock at all times, and this store is very clean.

Do not even try to visit that clinic at this CVS. Morgan Shields is recist and she doesn’t deserve to work in the healthcare field anywhere. She discriminates people of color and she has a bad attitude keeping her at this clinic will just cause the clinic to lose patients.

Horrible customer service experience today.We had ordered pictures of our newborn son to be printed, but this CVS printed two copies of everything and double charged us.Went in to be refunded for the extra charge, and the store manager demanded the return of the extra pictures just so they could throw them in the trash. To top it off, they only gave me a gift card for a lack of a receipt that I never got in the first place. Ridiculous
