Just got home from purchasing a Ford Certified used car. This makes our 5th vehicle we’ve purchased here! It is perfect!
Our friendly and very knowledgeable salesman Pat went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready as soon as all the paperwork was signed and we were out the door in 30 minutes! The office ladies were personable and helpful as well. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle….go check what they’ve got!!!

There is absolutely NO WAY I will ever take any of my vehicles to Harper Ford again. I was up there for my FREE state inspection and an oil change. I was charged for 8 quarts of oil when my truck specifications calls for 7 quarts. After they totaled everything up I ended up spending $110 for an oil change!!! When I took my Ford Explorer to Kenny Ross where they do honor the WORKS coupon, the state inspection tire rotation and oil change was less than $50 so needless to say I will be dealing with Kenny Ross from now on
I saw where other dealers honor the WORKS coupon for $79.00 which includes oil change tire rotation and many other things. I asked why they don't have a WORKS coupon and I was told they don't offer that in the truck center. My truck is only 3/4 ton and they said their lifts won't lift it in the regular Ford garage.
I could have gone to a Valvoline garage close to where I live and took advantage of a $25 coupon, but I went to Harper Ford because of the so-called free inspection.
I called several other dealers for pricing and they are all much less than Harper Ford. I was pretty much told by the service advisor it is what it is and she recommended I should go somewhere else which I certainly will do.

Great dealership. Woody is great to deal with. Have bought several vehicles off him over the years and the CHarper group is always my first stop when looking for a vehicle. Just did the paperwork on a new F150 that was ordered and delivered in 6 weeks. Great overall experiance.

First of all had an appointment at 1 o’clock got there at 12:40. I did not leave out there till 430. I went for an inspection and it took all that time they brought me. My vehicle told me it was 5499. I said why is it 5499 they said for the admissions I said well I don’t have admissions because it registered county, they took the car back to take the sticker off Waited another hour the guy that took care of me. He didn’t know what he was doing. He was very unprofessional never checked in with me. I had to keep asking him what’s going on it just didn’t make no sense. Very very very unsatisfied.
