The 2nd key and fob need to be replaced it was broken and taped . Going to cost 109$ to replace it correctly. And they wouldn’t let me come home till morning the next day. Had no chance of getting it financed through anyone knowing I could at alot less apr wise . I proceeded to do just that after 1 month. The car so far so good and hope all the crazy that went with the purchasing of it goes continueuly well because this will be my last car so I pray it’s good to me!!

We were traveling back to central PA from a family visit in Ohio when my Silverado had a low oil pressure warning. We immediately looked for a Chevy Dealership We found C. Harper and when we pulled up to the service door, it opened we were welcomed with a smile. I explained the issue and they immediately took my truck back. I my wife and I were traveling with our Golden Retriever, and we were concerned they would not be happy about us having our dog, but they welcomed her with a smile as well as she said hello to every human in the dealership. Within about an hour my truck was fixed and back on the road ready for another 270,000 miles. Very happy with our experience at C. Harper.

Over an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. No one checked in with me the entire time. A different service advisor came to tell me that the truck was done than the service advisor who checked me in. No feedback given about the work done until I inquired about the brake inspection. No feedback about oil change or any pending service needed. No car wash or inquiry if I wanted one.
