“This is a great place for hardware needs and just steps from the Giant supermarket.The numerous sales personnel are fantastic and happy to help.Prices are good, competitive with the big box stores on most items, especially when weekend sales are available.A wide range of products are available (Finkle's in NJ for the obscure stuff, but that's a hike).”

Really, Rheem should be ashamed of themselves for selling The Gladiator heater to begin with. Kris had everything ready to get credit back on my credit card and purchase another model when he very easily could have made me go through store credit route and and wait for the difference to eventually show back up on my credit card.
