They reject loads without any issues and later send fake claims.
Even if your reefer download report is correct then you still have full truck load claim.
They don't believe your reefer download report if it is correct or not.
Be aware owner operators.

Fast Unloading at this DC. Full truckload in and out 1 hr and 15 minutes. Rutters truckstop is very spacious and well lit to break after delivery.

Typical Walmart NO street parking as others said. Rutters TS is about 8 miles away. They let you in no earlier than 1 hour before your appointment. Back into dock dolly down pull forward 3 feet and wait. I was in and out in 2 1/2 hrs check in to check out.

Its the usuall walmart process
Still not sure why a driver waits at the door while they are breaking the pallets down to fill other oders
Count the boxes and let us leave your slowing us down for next pu/d fill your store oders on your own time if not then pay the detention time let us go and then ya overhead cost wouldn't be so high

Very quick to unload. They took less than two hours. Vending machines near the bathroom on the second floor. Very clean bathroom on my visit there.
