It was busy however, the bathrooms needed attention and the service at both Starbucks and Roy Roger's was extremely slow. It took 18 minutes at RR to get food (burger and fries) and 15 minutes to get coffee at SB. I spent too much time here.

I love the collection of vintage PA Turnpike memorabilia. Definitely worth a stop to check that out.

I love the exterior/interior architecture of this travel plaza! You should stop and see it while you visit beautiful Pennsylvania and see for yourself!

I was charmed that this rest stop had a history and souvenir mementos about the PA Turnpike, so I got to learn as I ate quickly. But look, it had nice clean bathrooms, Roy Rogers (which was quick, good chicken tenders, and many sauces/topping ready to customize), and Auntie Anne's (dough was a little sweet, but they did have someone making the dough right in front so it seemed like good quality). and a Sbarros (which I didn't try but looked like a good version of one of those) and a Starbucks for those caffeine needs. It was a cozy and helpful stop along my route and if you are one to note your pit stops, consider this one.

Really neat "Service Plaza" as they call it here. Just think of it as a rest stop with businesses on site too. Starbucks, Roy Rogers, 7-11 and more. Nice clean and well stocked restrooms. Great sort of "food court " style dining area with a fireplace. Gas through Sonoco for both personal vehicles and big rigs. Highly recommend!

After stopping here, I came to know the place is a historical background. I had coffee.. Read about the history of the place and the road. Find interesting.

Lunch options poor!No fuel!Too many trucks! Not cool PA Turnpike!Oldest toll road in America removed roadside rest areas. Taking down trees all along the turnpike!Expensive! Not the turnpike that I grew up with and drove!

They have all the amenities you'll need on a Greyhound trip. Other than that, their prices are on the high side of average but they aren't gonna break the bank. They have nearly everything you could get at any other party store, but they also have a restaurant and hot food available. (The store inside is a 7-11 so they have fountain drinks and slurpees)
