I had my truck At Safelite to replace the back window. I have a bed cover on my truck that folds up they folded it up to take it off they got auto glass down in the seams ruined the cover and made it leak I called and talked to the tech and the service manager. They both told me it is what it is because it was several months after the Install I put very few miles on this truck. I did not touch the bed Cover until I needed to one day and when I did, I could hear The glass breaking in the seams, when I folded it up which explained why the cover had been leaking. I folded it flat. I have pictures of the glass in there. They would not honor it or fix it. I left a review on their website and here. These are the first two reviews I’ve ever written. For any company But this is horrible business, and to be honest the stories I’ve heard The Bedford Safelite should just be shut down. This is ridiculous, unacceptable, and horrible business practices I will share this info with everyone and anyone I know on social media and in person to keep everyone away from Safelite. They are a dirty company with bad business practices. Also, I have my insurance company investigating it and from what I’m understanding they will no longer be honoring their deal with Safelite that they had made going forward I hope a couple hundred dollar bed cover Is worth 100s of thousands of dollars worth of me destroying your name!

The Technician was extremely good and professional. He was helpful and answered any questions I had a awesome experience and would highly recommend the Bedford Pa store ro anyone. I think the tech should be considered for a promotion.

Very disappointed i went in to have my back window repaired in my truck and sure the glass was repaired but what a mess the interior left dirty and stains on my headliner that where NOT there beforehand and I look and see while pumping gas that there is left over glass all throughout the bed of my truck I cannot say how unsatisfied I was I only give it 2 stars because the glass that was repaired looks fine everything else though not so much...

Tech was knowledgeable, and efficient, work was done in under 90 minutes. Prices was affordable and a lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects. Will use again.

So the technician Christopher was very unprofessional with constantly saying how rough my vehicle is, which it isn't for the year. And then he proceeded to say about the windshield must have been replaced before and how it was a hack job who ever did it. But he was there to fix a chip in the windshield and he looked at it for a split second felt it and said it's nothing to worry about, but here is the kicker, he said the work was done and told my insurance company the chip was fixed and he patched it, but he didn't do anything to the chip and now my insurance company will pay for a job that wasn't doneService: Auto windshield repair

Excellent. Had work done at the Hagerstown. Store. The work was poorly done. Scheduled me to install a broken windshield. Had to reschedule. Went to Bedford store for this install. Everything was done very professionally. Great service Great people to work with. Will drive to Bedford for service from now on.
