Great experience here. Had many questions regarding my claim process and Dawn was there every step of the way to answer and help any way she could. Any issues that came up here resolved and the process was finished in a timely manner.
Matt is great to represent the company, he came out with a handshake and friendly greeting during my visits with Dawn. This office is great to go through for your insurance. Never any headaches and always welcoming when an in person visit is required.

Matt Randall & his staff are great. Super friendly. Marissa is very knowledgeable and was a great help. We switched to State Farm in April 2023 and Marissa was very helpful. I had an accident in August 2023. Got our claim in and within a few days we were paid and able to get another truck. A big shout out to Marissa for her fast handling of the claim. Had another claim (with 2 deer) 2 months later with the new truck and it was all handled quickly.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Matt Randall and his team. My wife and I was in an accident a few years back. We got our claim in the same day. With in 48 hours later we was paid out for the accident. Just want give praise to one of Matt’s team members Rebecca Stevenson. She’s the one that walked us through the whole process of our claim. She was very professional and didn’t leave out any details about what was going on with our claim. I would gladly recommend Matt Randall and his team to anyone looking for insurance coverage from State Farm.

I came in for a quote and Becky assisted me. I wasn’t able to purchase that day but she explained everything to me with great detail and was very understanding and thorough. I came back about a month later to complete my transaction with Becky because she was absolutely amazing!
