Literal angels - the nicest gosh darn folks. Saved us when our car's alternator totally died after getting started on a cross-country drive. They helped us get the part we needed, installed it, and were so kind and helpful the whole way through.

Broke down on the turnpike near Bedford and called *11. The turnpike sent Interstate Emergency Services and they responded VERY quickly with a nice clean well maintained rollback . The operator was extremely nice, polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you Interstate !

Interstate was simply amazing! We broke down on our way out to Chicago on a Friday evening. Interstate towed us to their shop and did all of the repairs on Friday night. Chris, Dakota and Tom were super friendly, super competent and all around really nice people. We thought we would be stranded for days but were on the road again in a few hours. Thank you!!!

Had a car emergency on the road, and pulled into the closest shop I could find. They look like they mostly do truck stuff but they fixed my car quickly and cheaply!
Dakota was a great help and got us back on the road in no time!

Quick response, fair prices, and great service! I 100% recommend them if you find yourself in need of towing and tire repair.
My family and I were on our way to a Minor League Baseball game on I-99 when we ran over something and got a flat tire. I tried to change the tire only to discover the spare was flat as well. My insurance company contacted 15 different Tow services and every one of them refused or didn't have a driver available. I found Interstate Emergency Services after a quick Google search and they had a tow truck on scene within 40 minutes. Our driver, Chris, was courteous, professional and answered every question. He took us back to their shop, mounted a new tire, and had us on our way in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier! Thank You!

We were in the middle of our night time drive to Virginia Beach when we stopped to get gas at 2am and only had 4-5 hours left of our drive. When we went to start our car it wouldn’t run. After my husband walked all around the breezewood area looking for transmission fluid and contacting local 24hr service places in the area, we were given interstate emergency as a recommendation. We called them and Troy spent a good half hour or more with us on the phone trying to help problem solve and offer various solutions he could help with. We called him back multiple times and he gladly took our calls each time. After coming up with a plan we called him back and asked for his tow service to the nearest applicable dealership for us. Talk about 5star service. Not only did Troy spend so much time trying to help us, their tow man Corbin came to our rescue. He was so friendly and genuinely trying to help us. He delivered our family and our vehicle safely and even offered to drop me off at a near car rental and he stuck around to hear what the service workers at the dealership had to say and offered some friendly advice. He truly was looking out for us. Being hours from home with a blown transmission, we were unbelievably grateful and thankful for the genuine compassion they had shown us. Thank you so much!
