I am visiting the Omni Hotel in Bedford. My Doctor called in a prescription for me. Unfortunately CVS didn't take my insurance. The tech at the pharmacy was extremely helpful. She sent my prescription to a competitor to be filled and covered by my insurance. Now that was CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
