Took my car up there to have my oil changed and they put old oil back in my car and my filter was never charged. Took my car to Thomas Chevrolet to have it checked and they said it was never done the oil was old and filter was the same one they marked when I got the car.!.!.!

These scumbags changed my oil as I was driving home to Oklahoma from New York. No leaks on the car prior. Got here and was leaking like crazy. They reused the old washer on the drain plug bolt, and rounded the plug off using an impact (YOU DON'T USE AN IMPACT ON DRAIN PLUG BOLTS, YOU CLOWNS). The oil filter is so tight it will not budge from an oil filter wrench, nor slamming a screwdriver through it and trying it that way. YOU DO NOT TIGHTEN FILTERS THAT TIGHT! Jesus, these guys are AMATEURS. I should have just done it myself, at least it would have been done right! Also tried to claim it took 6 quarts of oil, which is what they charged me for- show me a 2011 four banger Subaru on the planet that takes that much oil. This one sure doesn't. I'd demand a refund except we all know how that will turn out.You'd be better off taking your car to Jiffy Lube than these clowns.

Never a problem except now you stay in your car. You have to reset your oil change button if you have one yourself. Would be nice if they reminded you ?

No frills! Just lube oil filter. No light ,tire air or anything extra not sure the air filter was checked. Oil change was done!

We came for an oil change while on a road trip. Service was extremely fast. They do charge an extra 4% if you pay with a credit card.
