I have a secondary checking account here. The debit card expired and I was never sent a new one. Finally, over a year after expiry, I inquired about a replacement. The employee replaced it there, but I was later billed a ten dollar replacement fee that I never authorized.

Been going there for years. Like that they are a small branch and easy to use. Not happy hours have decreased but I don't blame them. Staffing problems and need to make bank profitable plays in. Better then them closing.

When Jason was here, this branch was great. Now they aren't always open when they should be. On more than 1 occasion I went in to get money and they didn't have enough money for me to withdraw. The employees seem to be inconvenienced when you walk in and need them to get up from their chairs to walk behind the counter to help you. In the process of switching banks

There is no personal touches w customers as when this branch had (Jason) working there years ago. Double charges your account. Not informative in any way. Canceling one account to open another, the process took over an hour. And the teller kept saying “I don’t know” a lot. Can’t ask to speak w a manager because they don’t have one right now. I placed a large purchase, because it’s not my normal bank placed a hold on my account, flagged it as potential identity theft YET NOT one person attempted to reach me of this “potential threat”…. No one asked security questions that is there to protect your privacy. Rarely can get anyone to answer the phones. It’s a very small branch but customer service there is poor. It’s good purchase was flagged but nothing from why or inquires to confirm for 4+ days and only because I kept calling til they answered. I’m looking forward to closing my bank account out…. The branch we deal with for years is Bechtelsville, PA just inside Walmart Supercenter. They used to call everyone by first name. Greet you as you entered at the entrance.

I was a previous employee, and let me tell you. This is not the bank to be at! Doesn't matter if your an employee or a customer, stay away from this bank. They cut corners to make a dollar! Senior management does not care for their customers or employees on the front line. I am surprised this bank did not get sued yet.

My daughter has account. Wanted to deposit life insurence check. Not cash but because all the managers at a meeting. No one would answer the number tje teller is told to call with problem. So could not even deposit. Meanwhile her sister..lives same area ny..has a different bank. Can take out 5000 and deposit remainder. So this bank cares nothing of costumers..and beyond that..their employees with any type of problem.
