Watched our delivery driver drive past the house while I was tracking a package. Then was notified package was unable to be delivered. Not long after that a delivery from Walmart was delivered. Very disappointing. Clearly it could have been delivered.

Office staff is nice and helpful. The delivery staff is hit and miss. You will have one nice person that takes their job seriously, then you will have a person like we have and leave your packages in the drive way uncovered in the rain down pour. Next to where their car is able to pull up to, or they will place the package next to the mail box in a snow bank, or in a shopping bag hung on your mail box. For this person one star is too much.

Mail is constantly put in the wrong box. Packages marked delivered yet never received. Customer service is horrible.

Do not bend package shoved into mailbox. Guess what it was bent. $43 worth of art prints ruined. Told there was nothing they could do except talk to carrier. Really ?

The office has one nice guy, and one sweet older lady. BUT there is also and extremely rude older lady who told me I should've called before showing up for a package that was there. Seriously? As her and another lady (who'm seemed like she'd just been yelled at by Ms. Rude) started tossing packages around looking for mine, not even caring if they damage the packages. Our delivery lady is nice though.

I ship at least 4 days a week for work and have since 2012. The employees here are so kind, polite and helpful.

Claimed that nobody was available to sign for a package when in all reality the post woman didnt feel like getting out of her car to walk up to my front door. And it was on a saturday so now i have to wait til monday to get my package that she was too lazy to acutually deliver. Bogus, bechtelsville usps is bunkko

Some of the worst service I have ever had. Packages marked delivered but never were found, mail ripped open and taped over. Customer service is horrible, was given an attitude about why mail wasn't delivered. Tracking is spotty at best.

The people who work the desk are SO NICE but the people who deliver the mail ... incompetent apparently. I sent a letter and a package on a Tuesday for a guaranteed Friday delivery. The package finally arrived on the following Tuesday instead. The envelope, which contained CASH because my daughter needed CASH for a purchase (thankfully not a large amount of it) NEVER ARRIVED at all. UPS and Fed Ex are all I'll ever use again. Done with US Postal Service.
