Had a stove installed last week. Experience was pretty solid overall, except I can't help but notice the piping on the inside is not quite plumb. I get that it still is functional but the ocd in me would have not have been happy had I done this myself.

Edit: faith restored. They reached out immediately to try to make it right. Still pending resolution. Mostly resolved. They made sure the interior was plumb. Exterior chimney pipe is not quite plumb. They are looking to fix that as well. So just beware.

Just had my fireplace installed yesterday. Johandy and Dillon came to hook everything up. What a great job they did. Very easy to deal with. Very friendly. We purchased from Emily in schnecksville office. Very easy and she explained everything in detail. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Want to give a shout out to Krings. We had our yearly pellet stove service/cleaning. The person who they sent to do the service (John S.) could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We have had other's service our stove in the past, but never to this level of excellence. Highly recommend Krings and also John S. Thank you Krings, for hiring very professional people!!
