“Garages are not my favorite place to be, as I'm always suspicious of the costs they charge. That said, this place is the only garage that has ever brought me into the back and physically showed me the issue with my vehicle. That does loads to help me trust them and was exemplary customer service. Not only that, but they got me in on two consecutive next-day appointments (the second was for new tires they had to order). Great service, expensive (but that comes with the territory), and good down-to-earth people who know a lot about cars.”

I’ve gotten battery replacements, inspections/emissions, and rented u-hauls from Chucks before and it is always a quick and affordable process. Staff is always super friendly and there is usually a sweet dog in the office to keep you company while you wait. This is how all auto shops should be! Highly recommended.”
