Good, old fashioned service the way it should be. Rusty is great at what he does. He really cares about quality and service. We purchased a new LG television for a Christmas present. Delivery and installation were included. He even hung it on the wall. No more big box store for me. I will never buy a tv anywhere else now.

We had a video surveillance system installed at our business. Kauffman TV was easy to work with and very responsive. The equipment was installed within days of our request. The monitor displays a crisp and clear image of various areas of our business, with room to expand and add more cameras. Best of all, everything is easy to understand and simple to use thanks to the tutorial they provided!
