Simply the worst post office I have had the displeasure of having in 63 years. Many issues, but today I had Amazon package of covid tests due for delivery today, arrived at post office early this morning, did not even attempt delivery. Too much trouble for the substitute mailman.

Extremely rude and condescending staff. Also not handicapped friendly. No ramp for my elderly grandma in a wheelchair to get to the front. What a shame.

I saw one of the postal carriers today screaming at a citizen and cussing loudly. This is absurd. He then called police and tried causing the gentleman more trouble. They should be focused on their jobs and not treating civilians the way this guy was acting. He needs fired or his boss needs fired for allowing this nonsense.

My large packages are being left outside my mailbox. Even when it’s stated on the box that it can’t get wet. My grandsons bumper car was left in the pouring rain. I had bought someone pots and pans for Christmas that were delivered November 6, that someone must of picked up. I don’t understand why these large packages are not being delivered to my home which is down the road a little across the street. My husband and myself both have medical conditions that prevents us from being capable of carrying large packages that distance.

Usps beaver is very nice. The location is great and the people who works at that office is great too. Plenty of parking near the office. Very low wait time.

Lately there’s been one gentleman employee who is so rude!! Every time you go in he looks at you like you’re an inconvenience. He’s not helpful and if you ask a question his tone always make you feel like you’re asking stupid questions.
If you don’t like people then you probably shouldn’t work at a post office.

I've used this USPS branch a handful of times over the last year. The staff have been very friendly and quick to process my shipments each time.

I wanted to mail a package to Alabama via retail ground. They forced me to send it Priority Mail. It cost me $45.05. That's WAY too high for a package weighing 5 lbs. 3.2 oz.

The delivery service as well as the in office staff are good at what they do as well as pleasant. They really make the experience positive.

Received a slip for non delivery saying "no access" while I plowed snow the night before. Afraid to drive on a little snow while our street was much worse, it wasn't clear yet. Then you have to navigate through a maze of automated operator selections to talk to someone after an hour wait. What a waste of tax dollars...

Beaver Post office is always busy. Doesn't matter what time of day it is - you'll wait in line. The staff are nice and polite and do try to keep things moving, but you'll always wait in line.

They are constantly marking packages - undeliverable no access to delivery location. I’m sick and tired of having to call and find out what has happened to my packages. Never once has the package been undeliverable! There is nothing anywhere around our mail box and it’s never blocked. There is also no reason why the package can’t be left at the front door. Of all the places I’ve lived in my life this is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with.
