I went in to change the $10 for $100 for birthdays and such coming up this week. I was told that I need an account there. Why ?? It's CASH .....Weird. But that's ok. What your business WON'T DO , another business WILL. SO , clearly, I will NOT be back. I see why Your last quarter sukked !!! And all of your commercials and posts and advertisements won't change my mind ??

Went in with my mother to take my deceased father's name off her account. My mother called and spoke with someone at the branch who said she could come in anytime to perform the change. My mother lives in Cleveland and drove to the beaver branch so that I could then be added to her account. Walked in and was greeted by Anita Ague. When my mother relayed this all to her Anita laughed and said that was impossible as she'd need an appointment. My mother had a stroke whichlefther unable to drive long distances so she had set up a special weekend to be driven in to town. When my mother explained this Anita threw her hands up in our faces, and told us simply “too bad” and “we are too busy for any of this today.” She motioned for us to leave. My mother then said that she was considering closing her accounts which she’s had over 30 years at that location and Anita said we would need an appointment for that too, and we were more than welcome to take our money elsewhere. My father opened those accounts back when it was Equibank. I sincerely hope that one day one of Anita‘s loved ones goes to a bank, has an issue, but is treated more humanely and with more respect than she treated us. I know times are tough and I am not want to complain, but this is unacceptable. Do better. Be better.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I went to replace my debit card that they shut off and was treated with such disrespect! The man refused to make me a new card stating he could not accept my driver's license that I had just renewed online! I went to the Aliquippa branch and Art made me a new card with no problem. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The man at the Beaver branch racially profiled me. I give him negative 500 stars, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. If you can do your banking elsewhere, I suggest you do so because these tellers will not help you or guide you in the correct direction. This locations should be shut down and these people should never work in banking again. Thanks for a horrible experience.

I have been with PNC for longer than I can remember. It just happened to be the closest bank to my job where i could cash my physical pay check. So that long ago. The only issues I've ever had were technical, for a while their Android app was really bad and i had an issue with multi factor authentication not working which i resolved myself. I have been at the Beaver branch for several years and have never had any issues with depositing money in any way. Their staff has always been friendly and I have never heard a smart remark made to me. They have never taken any money from me because i am responsible with my spending and don't make payments i can't afford. If you have the app there really is no excuse and they will send you alerts if your funds are running low based on scheduled deposits and payments. In fact they have alerted me of fraud and instantly reversed the fraudulent charges after a live person called me about them. If i was not happy i would have left a long time ago. I'm only knocking off the one star because when the app was first released it was really bad. That's not acceptable for a banking app and i am not your QA tester.

Do not I repeat do not use an atm here. It constantly eats my money weekly and you have to undergo some long investigation to even get your money you need now deposited properly. When you go inside you’ll receive smart comments about you know you can just deposit at our atm? No no you cannot. Avoid this location.

Went to open an account the teller asked us to have a seat waited five to ten minutes when were told we had to make an appointment. However it appeared to me that they had staff available to assist I guess it’s the new way of doing business.

Walked in to make an account and was told it was by appointment only so I wait 3 days for this appointment only to arrive exactly on time to be told Nicole wasn't available and would get to me when she can. Whats the point of making an appointment if I'm just going to sit around and wait?

Slowest drive thru ever. Covid pandemic or not, 10 minutes per car is unacceptable. One of these cars has been holding up the line for 30 minutes.

This is the absolute worst organization I've ever dealt with. I had a business account and after holding 40k of MY MONEY they refunded it to customers and left me to figure it out. Vincent, their business account manager, was so unhelpful I cant put it into words. My employees are missing their last check before christmas because of this bank.

Every time I am there they are super nice and helpful. Oh and patient. They have helped me with things that I had no clue how to do, like transfer funds to Japan and get Japanese Yen. They take their time with you make sure things are done correctly and efficiently. Tellers are always friendly and don't rush you, even on a Friday. This is the only branch I will go to.
