I go to the Chippewa Post Office at least 3 times a week and find that the clerk is always cheerful and helpful when needed. the small room is always neat and clean.

I live nearby and come here a couple times a month. It’s a smaller office, so the hours are shorter (closed over lunch) and space is limited, but it works. Most of the folks who work the desk are helpful and pleasant enough. Everybody can have a bad day. I’ve had some bad experiences on occasion but more often I’ve been surprised by them being more helpful or flexible than I expected.

My experience with this USPS location was one to be forgotten! The person working was very short and not helpful whatsoever. I ended up going to a different USPS location (downtown BF) and they were able to help me with a smile! (underneath their masks, of course). I would recommend others go elsewhere..I won't be back!

Awful!! Will never go there again. They lost my packages and never did find them. They never left the post office they weren't scanned??? And always RUDE! Take my advice and go to a different post office. The girls at Koppel are awesome. Lisa

Local and convenient, but staff is not so good... you know who I mean. UPS store would be great up here to send packages.
