Over the past few years I’ve purchased about $30,000 worth of equipment from them, I spent over $5000 on a Manitowac ice maker that quit working after 13 months (5 year warranty) and the manufacturer denied the warranty claim due to an “adjustment” I asked tristate to assist with the $500 repair bill and they said they couldn’t help me. I will never spend another dollar there and I would think twice before I did any business there ever again if you own a business.

The driver just backed into my brand new car not even 3000 miles in a parking lot, said he tried to run me over and fled while throwing a vodka bottle out the window. Never thought i would almost die today!

I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. I run a buisness and wanted to give local businesses my service but there is no chance in hell I will ever go back. I guess I will stick to ordering from Amazon.

This is a great company to purchase all your restaurant, kitchen, and banquet supplies. They have an excellent selection and Ed goes out of his way to find what you are looking for. I have been purchasing here for 10 years and have never been dissatisfied. I highly recommend Tri-State Equipment.
