Called for an over the phone estimate; was quoted and scheduled quickly! A local competitor wanted to charge me “literally” more than double of what 3 Rivers quoted me. I was surprised when it was time to pay that there were NO HIDDEN FEES! I’m very happy with the actual work that was performed as well. The window technician broke off a piece of plastic trim off my air vent getting my windshield off. Never told me about it. I didn't notice it until after I left . So I had to get it fixed. Just be honest about a mistake! It was sketchy work!

I had Three Rivers fix a chip in my windshield. The technician stated that the chip would not spread and it would not disappear. About a month later the chip started to spread about a quarter inch. I called Three Rivers to report the issue. The manager on the phone immediately started to quote me for a new windshield. When I inquired about a guarantee, the manager on the phone started to read me the contract I signed. I told him about my conversation with the technician and the manager said, "that was (the technician's) opinion" and referred to the contract again. I said that I would stop payment because the repair did not work. I was rudely told that he "did not care about my $70." It seems like this company is interested in purporting to repair your windshield and selling you a new windshield when the repair does not work.
