I took my suv there for tps sensor changed and they took over 24 hours and charged 200 dollars and still have bad sensor. This is very unprofessional and want another 200 which I will not pay. I always use this company because local and west always polite. Never again. Don’t go there unless you want to be ripped off. Shame

My neighbor recommended The Brake Stopp to me. Adam was out sick, so Steven waited on me. Steven was very attentive from the first time I met him, even when I arrived just before their closing time. I had a cut tire that needed replaced. I had tire/wheel insurance. So, he had to contact the insurer and become a service provider for them. He did so quickly, filed a claim, and ordered the tire after the claim was approved. Then he removed my donut tire, made sure it was completely latched in the trunk along with the jack and lug wrench, and installed the new tire. I have complete confidence in Steven. He is very knowledgeable and personable. They provide mechanical services too. I haven't had the job done yet, but they beat a price to replace 4 brake pads and rotors on my other vehicle by $225. Steven even offered to stay late to complete this work, so I didn't need to take time off. I plan to use Brake Stopp for my future mechanical repairs. It's hard to find a auto repair shop that is trustworthy, especially for a woman. I feel very comfortable with their staff and service.

Brake Stopp Has proven there are still good, honest, and affordable mechanics. Anytime I have to visit them my situation is handled with honesty, affordability, and punctuality. I’ve been a customer steve’s for over 10 years he was doing great work in Moon Township and once he moved to Beaver county his work followed him, because I will still make the drive to have my serviced. And Adam and staff have always made my visits friendly and satisfying.

These guys are great! Reliable, honest and fair. I walked in and they were able to accommodate me on that very day for a minor issue. I also needed an inspection and they got me in that week with no problems. I had some repairs needed and they turned it around that same day during the inspection. Their prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. I will be continuing to use The Brake Stopp as my Only Stop for vehicle repair, care and inspection.
