Ignore any and all aging (longer than two years) negative reviews you may read.The team of folks they have in there currently (as of 3.25.23) are not only helpful and provide expertise, but when things do not go as planned, take care of problems over and above. Great leadership team who obviously breed a positive culture because that's exactly what I experienced in my two lengthy visits there.I highly recommend the Beaver Falls store for wallpaper as their selection is incredible. It appears they focus mostly on paint, however, have a wonderful place to look at wallpaper samples and compare. Order process takes a minute but with a little patience it's excellentWonderful experience all the way around. A joy to work with them all.

Paint may be ok but the customer service was terrible. Nick did not even respond when my 88 yr old Mom asked him a question and never offered to help us to the car with 3 gallons of paint Seeing that she was using a caneNo one else in store so not busy Will never go back there

After years of going to this store with my dog, spending thousands of dollars, Mike made sure I knew he was disgusted by me. I am appalled and offended that he was comfortable enough to humiliate me and for that reason I will not shop there if he is working. This rating is for the individual not the store. Everyone else is great.

Went on to ask about a particular type of paint for brick. Unhelpful and basically told my wife to look herself. Painting a whole house so I guess they don't mind losing business

There's not much you can say about a paint store. It's kind of a quiet place to visit and not always the busiest place to be. There are the basic displays with the paint splotches and some strategically placed paint cans but not much else. It is as quiet as a library in here so when you do say something everyone will here it. Which is what happened. We said one thing and the only other person in here was the associate that was working and immediately had the answer. We didn't end up buying anything that day, but we did end up taking a paint splotch catalog with us. It was actually a nice handheld fan type of paint splotch display. Gave to us for free. Great customer service that will guarantee a return visit.
