Guys working were very kind. Had to get my entire windshield replaced and they finished the service in 90 minutes. There’s snacks and refreshers in the lobby and a movie to watch to pass the time. I walked to beaver falls coffee and tea company and hung out there until safelite finished. Highly recommend.

We had a small chip in our windshield and needed a quick repair. Scheduling was smooth, customer service was great, and our windshield is good as new. I obviously don’t want anymore cracks or chips in my windshield, but I wouldn’t mind having to come back here.

Had a company windshield replaced on a Sprinter Mercedes van by Safelite Beaver location. Two days later had a torrential rain storm and water was leaking inside the cab of the truck. Went back to the dealer and he did a water test and I was told it was my antenna. It was then time for my inspection on the van at John Sisson Dealership and it was discovered that the windshield was placed in wrong by the technician and because of this other damage to my wipers and the lower windshield was installed upside down. I incurred $$1216.44 bill from John Sisson. So I filed a claim. After months of waiting the DM stated since no pictures were taken of the actual damage they could not reimburse. Clearly the damage report from John Sisson is not lying but his response...car dealerships LIE all the time. I WILL NEVER USE SAFELITE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

An out of state operator cant answer another garages questions in a detail specific B2B job/project. I was given 4 phone numbers and still had to go through a person over the phone, in another state....whom by the way, rudely disconnected the call after taking all of my info to start an account because they HAD TO do that just to answer a simple question that I had, which needed to be directed to the shop technicians, not the operator in walla walla washington or what not. Horrible customer service. We went with a competitor 25 miles away, when Safellite is only 5 minutes down the road. How sad you cant keep local businesses because you have to play phone games

Can't talk to a human being no matter how many times I ask the chat person. What I was trying to do would have been so much easier if I could have talked to a human on the phone although the girl in chat did say she was a human after I asked if she had a number I could call to speak to a human. I figured it out on my own after an hour of chat and unnecessary stress.UPDATE**** THE MAN BOB WHO CAME WAS FANTASTIC VERY INFORMATIVE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOB AS YOUR INSTALLER. HE MOST DEFINITELY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND WILL HAPPILY ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THANK YOU BOB IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING YOU PUT THE WINDSHIELD IN.

I have never had a broken windshield before so this was my first experience with this and it was great! I got scheduled a few days in advance and the tech arrived when expected. Austin did a great job, he was very professional and quick! He answered any questions I had and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!
