Bowser Chevy in Chippewa is a great place for servicing any car. I have 2 Nissan’s and they do great quality work for my wife and I. The garage is clean and they clearly communicate work being done and any recommended services. There is a waiting area and they have internet so I can get work done while waiting. I highly recommend this location for servicing your car.

No haggle, no hassle kind of place. Very transparent. Gave an honest trade-in on my vehicle and was the best price I found for the truck. Dealt with Tom in sales who made the experience pleasant and didn’t make you feel pressured into doing anything. Made the 2 hr drive to get there well worth it. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back again to get my next vehicle.

Attempted to purchase a vehicle. Got bounced around to different folks over the course of three days. Dylan the salesperson was completely apathetic. Denise the customer service representative was disorganized. I tried to get a hold of the general sales manager and was ignored. Come to find out after I started the finance process and submitted the paperwork they sold the car right out beneath me. This was after I spoke with Dylan who said it was still available. If you are going to proceed with a purchase from here don't get stuck with Dylan or Denise. After reading similar reviews it seems like this is not the first time something like this has happened. There is a clear lack of communication among employees and complete disrespect and apathetic attitude toward the prospective buyer. Most importantly, and severely lacking, is the integrity of the sales staff and management. Any kind of character and professionalism seems to be absent among the sales "team."
