-This visit to the location was a great experience, the sales rep Jayde did have to call for support from her manger, although was very helpful & efficient at her job nonetheless. Especially being a newer employee, I think she handled the sale exceptionally!-Had little trouble at first doing what I was trying to do the last time I visited this location, but Jayde was a great help getting me all taken care of the second time around. And I would recommend her to any customer looking for a pleasant experience while shopping at this location.

Website said they were open. So did the sign out front. The doors are locked, and no one can be seen.It is 4:49 pm.Closing time? 7:00 pm. Yeah, right.

Drove all the way over here for it to be completely closed down and moved to Aliquippa- I'm definitely not going there. Update your map locations!

First off let me say that girl in there is amazing!!!! Leilani helped me so much, she’s so kind, very knowledgeable. She was so fast helping customers as she was alone by herself nobody waited to long for her service. Not that I would have minded waiting for her! I think it would be in this company’s best interest to keep this young lady in there!!! A lot better than ANY other person they’ve had in a while

I had a major problem with my phone. The workers/technicians were young,but really sharp witted. The problem was resolved,even though I'm not a Metro customer. I'd recommend the one on 7th ave Beaver Falls Pa. to anyone in that location.?

Great customer service experience. My wife and I went in late on Friday 3/4/22 to look at switching from Cricket. It was close to closing and we expressed we didn't want to keep the two employees. They both assured us they didn't mind staying while we decided. They showed us different options and we ended up deciding to switch. They got us all set up and were very pleasant throughout. We kept them 15 or 20 minutes past closing but they didn't seem to mind, and even expressed that if we needed anything in the future and we couldn't get there until they were closing to give them a call and they'd wait for us. One of the best experiences I've had anywhere in a long time. Well done. Highly recommended.

I cant seem to find a location thats open right now ? on there websites it says open from 9am to 7pm and every time i go here and to the monoca one and aliqippa one they are not there. idk if its the new owners but we need service in this places . or better employees
