Special thanks to the Service Department. I picked up a screw in my back tire while riding through Beaver Falls and they immediately got me in and stayed late to get me back on the road. Anthony and his team were awesome. I'd highly recommend them.

Don’t bother to list prices on the site. Not even sure why they bother with the request a quote button when they don’t bother to email or call you with a price. I ended up buying a bike elsewhere from a place that actually called me and gave me a price

Call for service on a 2006 and got talk too bad for riding a 2006 with 14,000 miles as if the bike was to old to work on so I’ll call someone else this place sucks

At the time I was living in Westmoreland county in the process of moving to Beaver. I called and made an appointment for Saturday 8/26 in the morning. I showed up early to drop
My bike off and noticed there were tents outside of the dealership. When I went into service I was greeted by someone telling me they’re are closed today for an event. I told this person not one person called me to reschedule. This person took my bike in. I purchased 2 tires and told the rep I wanted 2 tires mounted, an inspection and change the oil
and gear oil changed. Roughly 45 minutes later I was called and was told I need rear brakes. I gave the ok to get them. When they called me to come pick it up it was close to 2 hours. When I got there I was presented with a $694 bill for 2 new tires installed, inspection, fluid change, and new rear brakes. $433 of the $694 was labor. I will never take my 2003 100th anniversary Fatboy there again.
