I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted done. In the picture the roots are black faded into a dark brown then into a light brown and then silver at the tips. I am VERY disappointed to say that she kept my blonde hair how it is and then lightened it. She didn’t darken my roots and she definitely didn’t add brown. Will never be going back to this hair salon. Very disappointed. Should’ve went to Walmart.

Wonderful! Was visiting the area and needed a haircut for a wedding. I showed her a picture of how I wanted it. She listened and it looked amazing!
