First of all Mr Glenn is extremely wonderful to work with and he is very knowledgeable about all of the products offered through Cricket. I have been in the store a few times with an issue regarding a discount on my phones and he has helped me the whole way through the process which is extremely rare to find someone like him who is willing to help you with an issue from start to finish. I added my mom onto my plan and that process was extremely simple, quick, and efficient all because we had a person who was willing to jump through extra hoops to help us. I could not say enough great things about Glenn and his service he has given to me and would recommend him to anyone who wants a good and reliable network.

Just felt the need to say how incredibly thankful I am to Glenn and all of the help he gave my family and I!! He is so considerate and so extremely helpful. I went in to get my son a new phone and he walked me through the entire process// then I had to go back to merge all the lines because he told me I could save money! He is honest and saved me over 100 dollars a month! I would recommend going to this location over anywhere else. Anything you need Glenn will do his best to make it happen for you! Let me start by saying the cricket store in Monaca Plaza by Walmart was horrible as I entered the store there it feels so unwelcoming the lady there is ignorant such an attitude wouldn’t help me at allNow for Mr Glen that’s located in Beaver Falls CricketHas been extremely out going from Day 1 he is the reason that I signed up with cricket he worked with me in so many ways very out going Mr Glen is all about making his customers smile feel heard very welcoming he is the “GOAT” I don’t know how to show my appreciation my gratitude he is more than just a representative for Cricket he is a friend by heartTHANK BUNCHES Mr Glen I do t know what I would of done without all your help

i went there to get airpods and they sold me revive telling me they were apple airpods. when i realized we went back the next day and they told us they were apple, then proceeded to tell us that they arent aloud to sell apple. then proceeded to tell us returns arent aloud, they never told us this.
