These guys are the best. After issues at so many larger dealerships, I came here because it was closer to home for me. They stepped up and I haven't had a single problem with my work van's service in over two years.Kevin is always ready to work with me to arrange service or repairs, and since I work out of state so often, this usually means I leave my van with them over the week or weekend and get a rental from my fleet service. They make it so smooth that I've come to expect that level of service now, and they never disappoint.The biggest problems I've ever had is when the Enterprise down the road is out of vehicles because of the shortages.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had buying a car!!! The salesman we dealt with, Ben, still smelled of alcohol when we met with him to look at cars that day. Then we test drove a couple styles of the Jeep Cherokee and Compass, we decided on the Cherokee due to the upgrades and features we were told came on the car. After we finalized all the paperwork, and of course we did some research on cars they had for sale since I had a trade in, they finally offered us a reasonable amount for my trade in. We went out to do a final review of the car, well Ben put my license plate on the wrong car and we started to drive away with out it!! But the best is after we got home and tried to setup the Uconnect online and the app and found out it actually did not come with this function. I contacted Ben and after two weeks, still nothing except I'm busy with other customers.. In the meantime I received the online review, so I completed it and answered honestly to only have Ben send me text messages calling me a liar and I hurt his bonus!! I then contacted the manager of the store who then proceeded to tell me yes Ben was correct I did in fact hurt their bonus!! No, we are sorry about your disappointment with your vehicle or we will try to fix these issues instead I received numerous emails of rude and ignorant emails. I will never return to their dealership and yes I have told family and friends about my experience. I have emails and text messages from both the Salesman and manager proving how rude and unprofessional they both have been and told me it was Jeep's issue not theirs, my issue is they promised me something that came on the car that didn't. Maybe if they did their job correctly I wouldn't be disappointed!! Plus on top of it all, the radio has issues and we had to pull the fuse already to shut it off!!

Huge shout out to Johnny Hall & his team at Beaver County Auto! I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. I can trust in them like family and I luvvv my new wheels!!! I went in thinking I was getting a little car and I walked out in a loaded SUV! Set up with a warranty, service, and all the goodies!! THANKS for making dreams happen guys!

Buyer beware when going here. They should not be in the used car business. I have bought many vehicles from them over the years. I will NEVER EVER go here again. The car I purchased was not in their possession for 24 hours when they had it listed. No one ever looked the vehicle over to see if there were any problems. I purchased it on Thursday 6/4/20 and it was in their garage 6/8/20, 6/15/20, and 6/22/20 for it not starting right away when you turn the key, the check engine light came on, and the gate bracket drops into place when the gate opens. Josh from Service actually told me that they are not equipped to repair GMC vehicles. They claim the bracket on the gate dropping into place is normal (it is not). They cannot find anything wrong with how it starts. It takes 30-45 seconds to turn over when you try to start it. So it was back in again on Thursday 3/4/21 for the same issue. Again, "we can't find anything wrong with it". So they kept it over the weekend. I had to call for an update on 3/8/21 for again "We've been starting it over and over today and it's not doing anything different". They drop it off. I go to move it and it won't start. If you cannot fix the cars you sell, then you shouldn't be in the business. Not to mention the condescending tone Josh uses to talk to females. If I was a male, he would not be speaking to me in the tone and mannerism he does. DO NOT BUY OR USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT
