We have used this company for the heating system two times, Our heater wasn't working, and this time their employee had a new one, he said he needed to change a set of pumps so went to their company to get a new pump, and when came back it still didn't work so He went back again, and it wasted a lot of time to replace the pump three times, and the first time he saw the model of the pump, why did it take three times to get the correct pump, this is so unprofessional, and it's unfair to charge three and a half hours, I called them, and the manager Mike said we'll ask, and then there was no response.
Be very cautious of this company & make sure you shop around. BEWARE CROOKED COMPANY!

We had a fantastic experience with Sullivan Heating and Cooling! Our AC unit stopped working on Sunday and they were able to schedule us for Monday morning. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He determined the issue and replaced the part in a very short time.
We will highly recommend Sullivan to all of our family & friends!

Converted our coal stoker to natural gas with Sullivan - very positive experience. Then we got a fireplace insert for gas with them. The couple problems we've had have been addressed promptly, courteously, and professionally. A great company to deal with.

Be very cautious of this company & make sure you shop around. We were quoted one price for a service call & charged over double. When we called to explain the situation we were greeted by an extremely rude customer service female. We decided to cancel our service only to find out they were overcharging us by .85 per gallon. BEWARE CROOKED COMPANY!!

Jennifer was fantastic to work with! A winter storm was approaching and we contacted Sullivan in hopes of getting our propane tank filled prior to the storm in the event the power went out. Jennifer got us scheduled for the same day I called! The driver also noted that we had a package that was left in the middle of our driveway. He stopped, picked it up and delivered it to our door!I highly recommend Sullivan Oil and Propane!

Sullivan Oil&Propane are a FABULOUS company! Professional and knowledgeable!! They were able to troubleshoot and identify an issue with my heating system when the builder and installer of the unit could not! They came to my home immediately , were clean and neat, preformed diagnostic testing and sent out techs who were experts in regards to the issue! I am so glad that Carrier recommended them to me! I’m hoping they are the ones who remedy the issue so I know it is done properly!

call them for price to hook up generator 12-22--they came out 12-14-22 with two people -person in charge insisted he was told to do work so i said okay .he started to do the job one way then change his mind and did it a different way did not have right parts to fasten said he would be back -has not come back yet -charged 1/2 extra to sit in my driveway to make bill -charged same labor for 2 people one was first day on job just learning -bill was double or more then it should have been-i called office next day and they said they would check on it -nobody ever called until about a month ago and now sent now sent bill with finance charges-still did not finish job -beware of charges

Hired Sullivan Heating, Cooling, Oil and Propane to install A/C (ducts) and Heat Pumps. Contacted them after 2 other firms wanted to put in ductless A/C and heat pumps. Sullivan rep Ron Zoll showed us that putting in ductwork A/C was the better option since we had the attic space for it, and aesthetically it would look better since there was no pipes and wires on the outside of the house, other than where the condenser was put. When they gave us the quote, it was over $10,000 less than other firms that wanted to put in ductless A/C & heat pumps. Putting in the ductwork took a little longer but better looking without all of the outside pipes and lines for each bedroom and other rooms.Sullivan's installers were professional, hard-workers, that did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently and were done at the time they told us it would be. They kept us informed on what was being done, asked us what we wanted when they were making any changes, and showed us how to use the electronic A/C and heat thermostat. I recommend Sullivan Heating, Cooling, Oil & Propane to anyone.Services: Heating system installation
