“I lost my keys in the store. Didn't realize it, though, until I got to the car with my groceries. I attempted to run back into the store, but the doors had already been locked. That's what I get for checking out as they were closing the store for the night. I frantically knocked and attempted to flag someone down. The manager said they were closed and couldn't escort me in to look for them. I was sanded and felt defeated. My son was cranky and had been crying for about 20 minutes at that point, and I had mostly frozen stuff and produce in my carts, melting in the heat. To my astonishment, the manager had made a phone call and let me in escorted by an employee to begin my search. I retraced my steps and finally found the car keys in some bananas. I graciously thanked everyone and went home. Good work!!”

A complaint I do have is it very pricey here for same stuff I'd get at Walmart or Aldi at much better prices!! I'd never afford to shop here on my own. So extremely glad I had gifts cards.”

“I love Zephyr pharmacy, they were able to fill a prescription for my daughter in a matter of minutes that I was not able to get from two other big chain pharmacies. I have since transferred over mine and my daughters prescriptions and they made the process very easy for me. They also might need better traffic control because people sipping around the parking lot often get way too close to the people apparently pumps.”

“This pharmacy is like the old Mom & Pop pharmacies. The pharmacist great you every time you enter. They know their customers by name. If you don't have insurance they give you an awsome cash price. If you have insurance but the cash price is cheaper you pay the cash price. Never again will I fill a prescription at one of the big chains that overcharge me. Only one thing that could be improved on is to hire a delivery person that speaks English...but I do get by with my Spanglish.”
