Billings Service Center has fixed my car many times. They are very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I used to go to my Toyota dealership for everything, not any more. I highly recommend Billings for fair prices and excellent work.

I brought my car in to be inspected pretty much knowing it was going to fail. I expected to have whoever I brought it to inspect it, tell me it failed, give me a list of things I needed to fix, and send me on my way. But these guys took the time to explain everything to me and even sourced the parts it needed to fix the issue, replace it, and fully service the car all within a very reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. I would 110% recommend Billings to anyone who needs their car serviced.

I will say this much if you need a job done right go to Billings they mean business they fix the problems and are reasonably priced, I highly recommend the service center as they go above and beyond in communication and customer service and respect your vehicle.

The absolute best auto shop I have ever experienced! I woke to find a tire on my Crosstrek nearly flat. I called them and asked if I could come down for them to diagnose the tire issue thinking it was a nail or something I ran over. The woman said yes bring it down we will look at it today and contact you. I received a call a few hours to let me know my Subby was fixed and the charge would be 25$! No diagnostic fee, no extra fees , a simple cost for a simple fix. My tire had a tiny hole and the mechanic patched it. As easy as that without costing me 225 like the Ciocca Dealership wanted to charge me. 1000% recommend going here. I also bring my partners car here for inspections and small needs. Charging fairly is so rare anymore but Billings truly appreciates their community and is honorable in their service. Also, solid service. Again, go here for your needs, it is the only place ill go from here on. Thank you!!!
