“These guys are great. First I had all my vehicles inspected there. I’ve never seen anyone place the stickers as straight as they did. Big plus if you’re a little OCD like me. Great job on the brakes and fixing a slow leak that other shops failed to do. They also replaced a NOX sensor that I couldn’t reach. All at a more than fair price. Glad I didn’t bring it to the dealer like usual. After looking at their impeccable clean shop says a lot about their mechanical skills. Thanks for taking pride in what you do guys. It’s becoming rare. And of course the customer service is outstanding from Zane at the front desk. Hard to find people who enjoy their work with a great personality. “I went to Filchners I had Vern there was a rattle on my cars front side he found my oil was almost dry where I went before they never put the right miles on till this oil change Vern found it he is awesome the rattle stopped he did my oil change my car runs great I will take all my business to Vern he is awesome!!! “Mike is a guy who cares most about making customers happy and helping people when they need it most. Unlike so many other garage owners I've encountered, many whom simply make costly guess work repairs that ultimately did not fix my problem, causing me to return 2-3 maybe even 4 times with the same original problem, while they casually billed me more and more money for incorrect repairs, basically guessing and hoping to fix my auto. Mike on the other hand seems to always accurately diagnose the true problem, fixing it only once, and making the correct repair the first time, saving me a lot of ,money and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Mike is true master mechanic with an eye for detail and pride in his craftsmanship, which seems to sadly be a dying trait amongst so many other craftsmen these days. I also like the fact this is a true family run business, I'm tired of big corporate chains and prefer supporting a mom and pop business .”

I spoke with Junior explaining the situation and he said they’d open up a bay and look at it right away.There was a lot of vulnerability in this situation and as an out of towner future business was not at stake.
