“Robert VanDenHeuvel was extraordinary. He literally showed up 5 minutes after hanging up the phone with our operator. When he arrived I had only requested for my spare to be put on. Upon removing the wheel with the flat tire; Robert was quick to see that it could be fixed with a patch. He did it for me and got my vehicle safe to drive again all within 10 minutes of arriving. He also gave me a lot of useful information as I’m a new AAA member.
As long as people like Robert represent AAA, it’s safe to say I will be a member FOR LIFE.

I experienced the most positive, painless transaction at The Yurconic Agency located on Route 191 in Nazareth. We were called up by Jenny at Noon and by 12:14 pm the decedents automobile was transferred over to the new owner and new plates issued at the same time. Jenny was so precise, extremely informative, knew her job well, and showed a genuine want to help us. I was totally amazed it took less than 15 minutes to complete the transaction. Thank you Jenny, you were wonderful. I will always recommend your services to anyone needing title work.”

“An employee was able to assist me with the restoration of my registration for my vehicle without any issues. I went on the DMV website while at home and paid what their asking fee was for restoring my vehicle registration... I also printed out the receipt showing I had paid the $98.00 the DMV required. I thought since I paid the restoration fee, I shouldn't have any more issues with my account. Wrong. I logged back in to my account to pay the normal amount for a vehicle registration which I think is $36 or so.... But I was unable to able to pay it online because the DMV had locked my account. Sooooo.... I called the Yurconic Agency in Northampton and I was just thrilled when they told me I would have my insurance and registration for my vehicle, legal before I left, without any more problems. So they charged me a bit more in fees, but it was just so worth it! The Yurconic Agency is efficient and very well versed in all of the services they offer! I was there approximately 30 minutes at most, and when I left there I was legal to drive again! I've always had good experiences with all of the John Yurconic Agencies I've been to and the employees I've had to conduct business with were kind and always very helpful. So, the extra money I had to pay Yurconic was well worth it! When I left there my car was completely legal.... The DMV wanted me to mail in a check for $98.00 to Harrisburg because for some reason you can't pay it online. Makes no sense to me. Thank you Yurconic Agency for making my day!!!!”
