I can't say enough good things about Keith Roe and IAQ. We had severe air quality issues in our new home due to careless contractors. We knew something was wrong since our health was compromised. Keith came and diagnosed the problems and gave us a report that we used, not only have our HVAC system and duct work cleaned, but also were able to install the kind of air filtration systems that dramatically improved the quality of the air in our home. We are healthy again, no kidding.

Keith was out back in September for an inspection to check our house for mold since I had tested positive for mold and mycotoxins and was quite ill. He was very through and gave us the answers we needed that yes there indeed was a mold issue with toxin producing molds in our crawlspace. Highly recommend as we might of not gotten the information we needed from a less experienced inspector. He also pointed us to Rainbow international which did a great job at remediating the issue

I reached out to Keith about an issue with my elderly parents home. Mom and Dad both complain of coughing issue mostly in the home. Keith came out within a couple days of speaking with him, did all of the testing and had a full report back to us in a bit over 24 hours. He made several suggestions that we followed through on immediately. Within a couple days Mom and Dad reported that their coughing issues were much improved.
