At first I had no issues it was more towards the end that I saw the true colors of this place. I called to find out what the policy was if I wanted to end my lease as they would call it at first the older lady on the phone told me that if I remove my items before half of the month was over they would give me back my security deposit and half of what I paid for that specific month. After I removed all my items and try to get that money back that same lady told me that was not true. I had everything out 12 days in to that months lease. Come to find out if I went a day over that half month I wouldn't even get my security deposit back. I always asked for a receipt because one time they didn't record that I made a payment and they tried to charge me twice for one month. The old lady was not nice at all and very forgetful she also misinformed me several times. So I had a horrible experience with this place and specifically that woman.
