My trusty 1995 Infiniti G20 suddenly turned into the Old Faithful of motor oil, and 1500 miles from home. Another shop was stumped. The head mechanic conceded he couldn't isolate the leak and that his crew recently failed 3 times to fix an oil problem on a similar engine.I didn't want to cruelly abandon this vehicle in an unfamiliar area. It was towed to Abeloff Nissan with a shredded belt, soaked engine compartment and nary a drop of surviving oil. Diagnosis required a couple of days. I was frustrated as precious vacation time slipped away. But Abeloff Nissan took the correct approach...fully cleaning the engine area before finding the culprit rear main seal, an annoying piece of round black plastic nearing the size of a Burger King onion ring.A Monday fix meant I would miss the national spotlight Penn State/Michigan game, which was160 miles away and the centerpiece of my trip. This is where Abeloff Nissan really came through. I was given a loaner Nissan Kicks subcompact SUV, which impressed to and from Happy Valley and likewise a day later during my sneakaway venture to Ricketts Glen State Park. It's not often a Miamian gets a chance to hike for 3.5 hours and see 18 waterfalls in 32 degree weather. That destination was on my list and would have been forfeited minus Abeloff Nissan's thoughtfulness and generosity.My G20 was fixed and ready earlier than scheduled on Monday morning. I was able to resume the trip and get back on schedule. It's now 2000 geyser-free miles and one golf tournament later.Special thanks to service advisor Tim Mylan for guiding me throughout the process. I particularly appreciated his real-world summation that at this point I have a decent car with a great engine. Kudos also to Jimmy, Matt, Josh, Tiffany, Bob, Scott and others who helped along the way. The teamwork and camaraderie at Abeloff Nissan were very impressive.

Attentive customer service from time entering dealership. Service of vehicle is way above average. They do care about the customer. Will continue to return for service and sales.

Shane was my floor person you k ow it have a saying, when a woman go to buy car they sell them lemon I had that experience before, so when I met Shane he knows exactly what I need he was genuine and was interested in what I wanted so I sign the deal he is indeed a great person thank you so much Shane

Go check out Shane Abdus and the crew who sold me my Nissan Rogue 2023... He was excellent and not pushy at all. Very laid back and the entire transition with his team was smooth and great. Will be going back in the future. Come check him and the crew out if you need a car ?

Walking into this place to get any service or any parts is a nightmare experience. Stood at the parts counter area for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged because it seems like employee's would rather sit on their phones and ignore customers and when someone did come to the counter it was a blonde woman with glasses who just seemed like she couldn't be bothered to help me. Didn't even try to mask her annoyance at the fact that she had to come assist me and do her job I came here to get help for parts for my Nissan Frontier and won't be back because of the poor customer service.

Outstanding customer service fromTiffany in the service department where my experience began, to Eric in sales and everyone in between. I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to help me through a rough couple days. I'm thankful for all the help and I'm loving the new car Eric helped me choose.

Prior to my visit to Abeloff I have felt indifferent or disappointed with car dealership experiences. Eric, it was a pleasure to have a conversation with someone who shares similar interests. Easily made an otherwise dull task fly by. I thank you for going above and beyond (also reaching out after the fact to check in). Special thanks to Amanda for calling extremely quick after my initial inquiry. Also to Rob and Jeff for helping me navigate the financial side of things. When ever I go in to get my oil changed and tires rotated and my yearly inspection “with a appointment “ it takes for ever. I had a appointment at 9:00 am. I didn’t receive my car until 11:45. This is my third time, and the wait is always the same. They NEVER clean my car not even the windshield. I also had to hit my hubcap on that was ready to fall off. They failed my car because I didn’t buy “two” rear tires from them. After offering me an repair estimate of $734.47 or $613.17 depending on what kind of “ 16” tires” I want. looking up the tires they offer they cost $54.00. So with all that said, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.I was also sent home with another customers address on my paperwork? I have been going here for three years, each time the experience gets worse. Last year when I went in for my inspection and tire rotation, I marked my tires with chalk. And upon getting home and checking my tires, they never rotated them. But on the paperwork they did? What kind of service is this? Very very disappointed and disgusted.

Matt service manager and Tim service advisor were both very helpful and their communication with me was great. My issue was fixed thankfully and was not very costly. I was also given a loaner while my car was being serviced. Great customer service. Greatly appreciated.

Tiffany helped me when I took my car in for service. She was so knowledgeable and genuine. I highly recommend coming here! The staff were welcoming and had my best interest in mind. They made the entire process a breeze.

Definitely satisfied with my experience.. Tiffany was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what needed done.. she is a great asset to Nissan.. very outgoing, friendly and knows what she’s talking about.. I see there are a lot of new faces, hopefully she sticks around.

Last weekend I went to PA for a weekend getaway and in the last 30 minutes before arriving to the AirBnb, my car started acting up - we were thiinking the transmission was slipping. We couldn't make an appointment for full service but we spoke with Tiffany and she helped us get the car in right away to have it checked out and the fluids changed, as well as an alignment. Courtesy pick up was arranged after the car was ready and the ride over was such a joy, honestly. Full report given so when I am ready to get all the work done that's needed, I know exactly what I am going for. I had a wonderful experience in what could've been a huge mood killer for the weekend. Thank you all for your help and thank you so much Tiffany, you were beyond amazing!

I have a lease with these folks; and throughout the entire three year term, their service managers, namely Tim and Matt, have been extraordinarily attentive and helpful beyond reproach.Most recently, I had an emergency wherein a hapless chipmunk friend of mine decided to get himself trapped in a belt under my hood; which consequently knocked out my power steering, and my air conditioning, on the hottest day of the year thus far.Matt took me in, unannounced, no questions asked, towards the end of the day, when every single bay in his garage was already booked, and managed to get the chipmunk cadaver removed, and have me safely back on the road in 90 minutes flat.Matt and Tim are exceptional individuals in the car service industry, and they have my utmost and sincere gratitude.Also, Nate the sales manager has done right by me on two different occasions. He’s a man with integrity.
