If I could give 0 stars I would. Abeloff undervalues trades significantly, rushes people into purchases, provides false information on vehicles (I’ve been told twice that the vehicle I was purchasing had apple car play and other features it did not.), and jacks up prices to match their shoddy work. You will almost never see the same sales associate twice.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from them. Upon doing research to purchase my second, I encountered an associate that was extremely condescending and borderline harassed me for weeks following my interaction. Rather than listening to my gut, I went back. Purchased my next vehicle in good faith, only to get a damaged vehicle that did not have the specs I was told it did. I was also promised upgrades such as chrome deletion for free that I never received. False advertising much?
Purchased a vehicle here in 2023, less than 3 months later we find out it has a bent axel after it’s been absolutely babied. I’m nearly positive it was sold to me this way. I also never received the registration.
Attempted to trade the car back to the dealer after being harassed incessantly by their staff to come in, and they quote me at a price that was not only lower than what I noted I would accept but also under KBB. They actually expected me to PAY THEM to take the vehicle back. A top of the line trim vehicle with only roughly 15k more miles on it than when it was purchased.
If you value your time, energy and money, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
As for your comment: don’t shift the blame to third party sources. You all have the trade quote and then chose to shrug off a former customers dissatisfaction with your deceptive practices. That’s on you guys.
Another tidbit: a coworker of mine let me know she got her vehicle here and it was sold to her in “perfect shape” and a newer vehicle. Come to find out it needed a new engine. PREDATORY.

I would avoid this dealer and so called sales manager Will .. BUYERS BEWARE , I put a large amount of cash down on my vehicle that I bought from them because they would not take a wire transfer do to company policy . They put a paper plate ‘ not laminated’ on it and on my way home I got caught in the rain and the license plate dissolved and I have been pulled over two times for no registration on vehicle. I have talked to Nate Fitzgerald the general manager about my situation and he said that he would get back with me and all I hear is crickets. I’ have a $114 ticket for no registration “ license plate” They will use your money to make money instead of paying the taxes on your vehicle, so do yourself a favor and run from this dealership. The absolutely the WORSE customer service!! ~~> And it is not like I can just walk in and talk to someone in person because I live in Texas.. at the mercy of your THIRD PARTY company the you use . So unprofessional!!!!!!

I took my car for service and worked with Christa, she was awesome and incredibly sweet. Sadly my car was deemed a total loss but I was able to get a comparable car working with Jeremy (sales) and my favorite foodie financier, Jia. Usually car purchases can be a whole day thing, but Jeremy made it super easy and quick. Thank you to the Abeloff team for all your help these last couple of weeks.

Had a wonderful experience looking into a new car purchase at this dealership. My sales person Ron was communicative and sent me details about the vehicle before my appointment. He took the time to explain the vehicle .. it was ready for me when I arrived for the test drive. He was professional courteous knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable during the time I was there. He took the time to introduce me to the manager, who was also pleasant and made me feel at home in the dealership. I would recommend this dealership 100%.

We went to Abeloff Nissan in Bartonsville, PA to buy a new-to-us vehicle. Our salesman, David Johnson, made it one of the best car buying experiences of my life. I never felt pressure to just buy something. I never felt obligated to accept something I didn't love. He worked very hard to get something we could afford. The sales manager, Nate, did everything he could for us as well. We left with a 2021 Nissan Rogue and we love the car and we're happy with the deal.

Although I did not purchase my 2022 Rouge there I’ve been using them to install a few options that I wanted, such as ground lights, illuminated door sills & accent interior lights. While my car was there they inspected it and noticed a leak and addressed it at no cost to me. Also corrected an open recall which I didn’t know about. The staff were friendly and courteous, made me feel very comfortable while waiting on my service. Abeloff will be the place to go to for all my service needs.

Walked in specifically looking for a used Frontier. Found one I really liked but was rusted out. We looked at another ‘21 with high miles but the factors made it to be a decent deal at the end of the day. I drove it off and a few miles later it popped o2 codes. I called and with a little effort on my end they came through solid. Drove a rental a half hour to my house, I kept it over the weekend and picked up the truck after a full o2 replacement and inspection all on their dime.
Overall, sales are sales. They all are just trying to make money. It wasn’t the best experience but not unprofessional.
Customer service are very good when respected. Communication is pretty bad to be honest but didn’t disrespect me for checking in.
Overall no one is perfect but for my situation they did pull through very well.

Bought a Nissan that later i found out had known issues with the radio. They refused to fix the issue. The cost 1k. They dont back what they sell, use caution with this dealer. In reply to your response, when there is a recall on a vehicle that you did not address, and pass this issue on to your customer that is not good business.

The service team here is very inconsistent. They quoted me a price for the oil change and wanted to charge me $30 extra. They did a multi step inspection and gave me a quote on some work. I was in a rush and had to leave but asked them if I could get the same price within the next couple of days. It was about 5 different items that had to be done, I told them to do 3 of the items now since that’s what I would have time for and then I would come back for the other tasks. When I called back the quoted price was no longer valid and they tried charging me about $150 over what we had originally talked about.
They also wanted to look into getting my car traded in and only offered $1,500 for it even though Kelly blue book has it about $7k-$8k.
After three years of taking my vehicle here I will have to find a new place, it’s always a headache.

They sold me a car with a bad radio, the touch screen is separating and bubbling internally! I have to buy a new head unit and they refuse to help. They say there is nothing they can do.
Would not recommend buying here at all !

Overall happy with the sale experience.
I would have liked a cheaper price for the vehical and a bit better trade value but they came thru and we were able to purchase a beautiful Ford Explorer.
