The original owner did a fantastic job on our first home’s awning. Then his son took over (mark). Horrible customer service and general demeanor. Do not recommend. He should sell or close shop if he doesn’t want you to ask a question about your product.

Gary installed our first awning and he was great. His son, mark, Has taken over the business and installed the awning on our second home. Zero communication and customer service. We called with a question when our awning stopped working and was told he doesn't service our area? But you installed it..? Do not recommend.

Had a 3 season sunroom installed YEARS ago. It is our favorite room of the house, everyone loves it. Professional installation, work is impeccable, not one glitch in the entire project!
