This was my first time using Wagner and I was NOT disappointed! I didn't get to meet Mitch, as I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday and picked it up after he was gone today, but spoke with him on the phone. He gave me great detail on what he did, why he did it and what to look for in the future.I had an alignment and tire balancing done. I had previously brought my Jeep to a chain-store shop for the same thing, twice over the last year and both times it still had serious vibrations.After leaving Mitch's shop, the drive home was sheer joy! No vibrations, no pull and the steering wheel was straight!! He told me that the wheels were WAY out of balance and the alignment was definitely off. There was also further detail. He did it at a great price too!100% would recommend this shop. I will most certainly be back for repairs I can't do myself and I will tell my friends!Services: Wheel alignment
