Went to this location today for my sons passport appointments and everything went smoothly! Lisa helped us and she was absolutely phenomenal! She greeted us as soon as we approached the line and informed us she would be right with us. She took her time with each application and was pleasant throughout the process. Thank you Lisa for your professionalism, kindness and making our appointment a smooth one!

Not this office but in general,I regularly mail things to Bayonne NJ.from this location,, usually takes 6 to 9 days.or I'll mail 3 letters all at once and they will show up in Bayonne on different days..this was a 3day mailing pre Biden .I could have walked there and back 2x already

Lisa Nasatka who was working the front desk is a tyrant and a disgrace and should not be serving the public. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional and abuses her position as a Postal employee. She went as far as to violate our rights. Will be contacting the Postmaster to have her behavior corrected. Ryan who was helping us was great.

This review is for the uses in general, I like to support small business so I ordered some things 176 miles from me, same state. Well its been 8 days so far and no package, The taliban can deliver faster on camels than the usps.

I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I had a package that was to be delivered, but didn't arrive. I called the Post Office and spoke with Diamond. Not only was she very patient and professional on the phone. She took the information and contacted the delivery driver. Within less than 5 minutes she called me back and said there was a mixup with another package and the driver was coming back. Long story short, I was not expecting such quick, professional and polite service when I called. Great Job Diamond!!!

I have been trying to talk to someone about a package the I can’t retrieve from a locked box but all I get are recorded messages. My package is in a locked box at Hingham Heights Mobile Home Park on Lorna Lane in Glenburn. I need that package. The keys don’t work in either of the two boxes they have been placed in. I am very upset about that and about how impossible it is to report a problem.

The 2 packages I got yesterday were thrown onto the porch and damaged. My mothers package was ripped open and bent. The content of mine was cracked and broken. I had to throw out almost $30 worth of product. This is the 3rd time something like this has happened and no matter how much I call and complain nothing is ever done. Next time I'm asking for all packages to be held at the building till I can pick them up.

I got to say if anyone can do better then the mail person go for it some work 7 days a week and have to walk a lot of miles plus stop talking to them all your doing is holding them up then other ppl complain about their mail when it's late

I like my rural carrier in his little crv. He’s very nice and polite. I doubt it is him but lately my Amazon packages are crammed and damaged from being folded so whoever delivers it can “fit” it in my mailbox. It’s a box, stop shoving large boxes in my mailbox.
