My local Brodheadsville location closed. Quest did all of us a disservice my leaving. I had to travel 45 minutes to Bangor location. I was so happy to walk in and see the person who took care of me in Brodheadsville. She gets the 5 stars. As for Quest you need to bring service back to Brodheadsville. For moving Quest gets a 1. Patients can't drive this far for blood work!

Everyone is usually great there but whoever is answering the phone, towards the end of the call, I was trying to ask something and she kept cutting me off. I ended up hanging up on her before my filter and manners flew off. Really wasn't happy with that at all.

I am terrified of blood work. Historically, getting my blood drawn, I often faint or vomit. However the woman that helped me today - forgive me for not catching her name - drew my blood quick, painlessly, and on the first stick. She had blonde hair in a ponytail with glasses. I've never had such incredible and kind service before when coming for blood work. Cannot rave about this place enough! Thank you!

I am terrified of blood work. Historically, getting my blood drawn, I often faint or vomit. However the woman that helped me today - forgive me for not catching her name - drew my blood quick, painlessly, and on the first stick. She had blonde hair in a ponytail with glasses. I came in for a pre surgical blood screening, the phlebotomist took me right away, entered all my info, realized some tests weren't covered by my insurance, and took the time to call my doctor to inquire about similar tests that were covered. She was a total professional, made me feel at ease, and the cherry on top... didn't even feel a pinch. Total class, may God bless her always!

I will highly recommend this Quest location, The staff member Chanel was amazing with my son. Since my son has a hard time in situations like these due to his disability I brought his father infor back up to help me. Little did I know my son would be completely comfortable with Chanel from as soon as we signed in right to the very end of our appointment. She went above and beyond when it came to answering ALL his questions even when she was all finished doing his testing. Thank you Chanel you're an Angel!!!!!
