“UPDATE: So I reached out to the CSR that replied on behalf of Sherwin Wiliams and within 4 days my floor was repaired. Yesterday a team was sent and knocked it out. They were very kind and professional. The work is great. One told me if the flooring peels or cracks again they will come back and replace the entire floor. He even told me why they lifted and peeled to begun with. Thank you to the district rep that was notified that spoke will Allentown Sherwin Williams flooring and sent them immediately. I will give 4 stars for the entire situation only because it took a second trip. Overall I am now satisfied.

I honestly do not know if it is this particular store or the other, but what I do know is I live in Mountain Hollow, and according to the maintenance team, Sherwin Williams contracted some company to lay the laminate tile. This tile has been peeling, and it's not laid properly. Over a month going on two I reported this to the maintenance team, and I watched the Sherwin Williams contracted installer show up and check with the maintenance team on my security cameras. That was weeks ago stating, "they need more material to fix the floor." Since then, my 1 year old son has cut his foot, I've cut my foot twice on these poorly laid tiles. My unit in Mountain Hollow and obviously isn't a priority. Looks like my lease may be up before they "find the materials" to fix the floor in my rental. I thought military housing was bad, but now retired. I'm finding civilian services much more lacking. Value of the company that laid these was Poor. Would not have given a star to due our cut feet but the app does not allow zero stars. Photos below show the seam from kitchen to front door the entire length of the first floor has lifted and is scratching and cutting our feet. And according to the property we are at the mercy of whomever Sherwin Williams contracted to land these laminate tiles and their ability to "find supplies".”

This store also stocks paints for crafters. Outdoor area has a great Pavilion with tables and an enchanting petting zoo. All aspects also offers fun group creative classes. My latest finds were a large bent wood vintage box and a new woven textile bedspread. ❤ this business!”
