They do have hard to get parts but are extremely overpriced,,go online instead,then on a prior visit the employees told me since I was a firefighter to mention Uncle Pete sent you and fireman get 10% off ,so on my next visit the manager is there ( a real A hole) and gets loud and says no that discount is only for Bangor fire not everyone,then I buy one spark plug for lawn mower and one ft of fuel line,cost $10,, I looked online spark plug was $3, I'm sure 1/8 " gas line is not $7 a foot,, severely overpriced, stay away,,go to Mt bethel auto or advanced for a better experience

I just went in and asked the gentleman if he could let me know what size bulb I needed for a tail light. The other little man on the left rudely said THAT'S WHAT GARAGES ARE FOR !! 1st of all other auto part stores are always will to help. 2nd of all I will travel to windgap from now on!!! My advice to others, travel to windgap or even stroudsburg. Unless you wanna be insulted!!

I like this place. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. NAPA sometimes has stuff on sale.... like synthetic motor oil.

Napa is completely insane with their prices I'm 67 years old and I think I only went to Napa twice in my life because they are totally nuts on their prices on their tools and whatever they sell even parts so I'm not picking on just this store I'm picking on the franchise itself
